Position: CareGiver Location: Mason, OH Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire) Responsibilities: -Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including but not limited to dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, and mobility. -Follow individualized care plans to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client. -Ensure the engagement of individuals in meaningful activities to promote overall well-being. -Document and report on the care provided activities conducted, and any changes observed in the individual’s condition. -Provide assistance with walking, transfers, and transportation as necessary. -Safely transport individuals using agency-provided vehicles, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. -Maintain a clean and organized environment, promoting the health and safety of clients. -Implement universal precautions to prevent the spread of infections. -Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
