This full-time opportunity is available on 3rd shift and pays $30.69-36.09/hr based on experience + shift differentials of $1.50/hr for 2nd/3rd and an additional $1.00/hr for weekends. This position is immediately available and orientation classes start weekly. $2,500 bonus after transferring into your permanent position and another $2,500 retention bonus 12 months after. Experience bonus pay is $.27/hr for each year of nursing “working” experience, up to 20 years. If you have a Bachelor’s degree, there is a $2.10hr increase and with a Master’s degree, there is a $3.15/hr increase. This career opportunity is temp with the intent to hire. As an RN, you can expect to: -Administer medication and treatment, while supervising LPNs in executing physicians’ orders and proper nursing procedures. -Investigate and report on unusual incidents involving resident care, and report residents’ abnormal physical and mental reactions to the physician. -Interact with residents and families to explain treatment. -Conduct formalized training sessions for professional and non-professional personnel, attend in-service training programs, and participate in drills for and respond to facility emergencies. -Take appropriate action if abuse or neglect (by staff, visitors, family, or peers) occurs, including protecting and supporting the resident, and reporting/documenting the incident.
