Part-Time Driver Job Details Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Fridays: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM + occasional evening shift (5:00 PM – 7:30/8:00 PM) Saturdays: Occasional morning shift (9:00 AM – 11:30/12:00 PM) Pay: $15.50/hour Position Type: Part-Time About the Driver Role Crown Staffing is seeking a responsible and compassionate Driver to join the JFCS Homecare team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will provide safe and reliable transportation for older adults to medical appointments, errands, shopping, and outings. Key Responsibilities -Transport clients to destinations as scheduled, ensuring timely arrivals. -Practice safe driving habits and follow all state and national safety regulations. -Provide stand-by assistance for clients entering and exiting the vehicle. -Escort clients to and from appointments or errands as needed. -Inspect vehicles daily for safety, fuel levels, and readiness for service. -Maintain accurate mileage, maintenance, and repair records. -Communicate client concerns or schedule changes to the Homecare Director. -Operate navigation applications and plan routes to avoid delays. -Maintain confidentiality of all client information in accordance with agency procedures. -Assist with other agency transportation needs as assigned. Driver Requirements -High school diploma preferred; applicants must be at least 20 years old. -Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. -Strong navigation skills and proficiency with GPS applications. -Ability to assist clients physically, if needed. -Demonstrated empathy, patience, and respect for older adult clients. -Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
