Crown Staffing is Hiring – Press Brake Operator Location: Franklin, OH Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Friday, 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience; negotiable for highly experienced candidates) Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a manufacturing team. Must have strong knowledge of press brake setup, tooling selection, tonnage and bend factor calculations, and sheet metal fabrication. Water jet and forklift experience required. Key Responsibilities: -Operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal per blueprints -Select proper punches, dies, and calculate tonnage and bend factors –Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders -Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges) -Load/unload materials, program machines, and perform quality inspections -Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness -Communicate effectively with management and quality teams
