In this position, you will get to: ? Prepare shipping documents (pick-lists, packing lists, bills of lading, labels, airway bills customs documents) ? Work from picking tickets to select stock to fill customer orders; arrange loose items in tote pans, stage pans and/or cartons for packaging operation ? Provides prompt and accurate shipment information to inquiries. Arranges and coordinates order changes and or expediting requests in a timely manner to achieve high customer satisfaction ? Calls carriers to schedule pick-ups to provide timely movement of outbound freight. ? Manifests orders and ensures complete and accurate invoicing and maintaining inventory accuracy ? Reviews open orders that are still pending invoicing or manifesting ? Use material handling equipment to move materials. ? Receive in products, parts and raw materials for production processes ? Updating product inventory as products are received in to the facility ? Assign location code to received goods ? Maintains a clean and safe work area ? Performs other duties as assigned YOU HAVE: ? Minimum 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment within Shipping required and/or Receiving is a plus ? Experience in programs such as Oracle, World Ship, Excel. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ? Analytic and problem solving skills.

YOU HAVE: ? High School Diploma or equivalent ? Technical/mechanical knowledge of troubleshooting machines and production processes. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to lift 35 pounds. ? Ability to stand for long periods of time. ? Good math skills. ? Preferred: Hands-on experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulics,1+ years of experience with injection molding processing.
