Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of production equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems. You’ll play a key role in keeping our equipment running efficiently and safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment Maintain and repair conveyor belts, packaging machines, grinding and stacking equipment Inspect, adjust, and perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal operation Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment Perform welding and light fabrication on equipment as needed Cut and weld materials as part of equipment repair or modification Accurately document maintenance activities and issues Support continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Prior maintenance experience required (manufacturing environment preferred) Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Experience with tools and equipment used in industrial maintenance and fabrication Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in a hands-on environment Ability to read and interpret work instructions, product descriptions, and maintenance logs Strong work ethic, teachable attitude, and willingness to learn on the job Capable of performing basic math and monitoring machine controls
