Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description Location: Lexington, KY Schedule: 1st and 3rd Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Pay: $39/hour Position Type: contract About the Registered Nurse Role Crown Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract assignment on the night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) at a reputable inpatient rehabilitation facility in Lexington, KY. This facility specializes in providing comprehensive care for patients recovering from various conditions, including stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic surgeries. Patients receive a minimum of three hours of therapy five days a week, supported by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities -Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. -Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. -Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. -Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. -Educate patients and their families on care plans and post-discharge instructions. Requirements – Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky (or compact license). – Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. – Experience: One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting required – Up-to-date vaccinations/tests for Hepatitis B, TB, MMR, and Influenza.
