Fence Installer Job Details Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hour Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Fence Installer Role Crown Staffing is seeking motivated and hardworking Fence Installers to join a skilled installation team in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for measuring, assembling, and installing fences according to specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient worksite. No two projects are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a dynamic outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities -Measure and lay out fence lines with accuracy. -Dig post holes manually or with powered equipment. -Set posts in concrete, ensuring proper spacing and alignment. -Assemble and install fence panels, gates, and hardware. -Safely operate tools and equipment (saws, drills, augers, levels). -Follow blueprints, drawings, and local building codes. -Load and unload materials, ensuring equipment is secured. -Maintain a clean and organized worksite. -Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients. -Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times. Requirements -Previous fence installation or construction experience preferred (will train the right candidate). -Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints/site plans. -Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and remain on your feet for long periods. -Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. -Strong teamwork and communication skills. -High School Diploma or GED preferred.
