Key Responsibilities -Supervise and support production staff in the Paint Department during night shift operations. -Lead a workforce where ~75% of employees are Spanish-speaking; fluent bilingual communication is required. -Monitor attendance, performance, and workflow to achieve production goals and quality standards. -Train, mentor, and support employees in their roles. -Collaborate with supervisors and management to ensure operational consistency across shifts. -Attend occasional off-shift meetings (particularly before major shutdowns). -Provide shift coverage for fellow supervisors during time off (reciprocal coverage expected). -Maintain timely communication via company cell phone and email. -Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and attendance guidelines.
