Internal Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Support is responsible for the set up and operation of CNC Press Brake operations, saw and CNC machining.
Key performance objectives in order of priority with projected time allocation:
Produce quality parts using the Brake Press machine (Verifying parts: dimensions, angles, material gauge and type)
70%
Produce quality parts using CNC machining (Verifying parts: dimensions, angles, material gauge and type)
10%
Produce quality parts using the Saw (Verifying parts: dimensions, angles, material gauge and type)
5%
Maintain a clean and orderly department (garbage/scrap removal, sweeping, wiping down machines)
3%
Operator Preventive Maintenance on machines as needed
2%


Note: Ten percent of time is reserved for ancillary responsibilities, interruptions, and unplanned activities.

Operational Responsibilities
Bend, form, stretch, notch, punch and/or straighten metal to meet job requirements and quality on part.
Sets stops on machine bed, change dies, and adjust components as needed.
Operate press machines according to specifications.

Pay is BOE: $18-$20
Start time is fexible 5am-8am but will only work until 3pm.
