Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full time Distribution Worker in O’Fallon, MO!
Monday-Friday | 9:00am- 5:00pm | $20/Hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill customer orders from inventory
- Pack items for shipment using appropriate protective materials
- Operate a forklift and other warehouse tools and equipment (as required)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including shelves, pallet areas, and workstations
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, dusting, and mopping
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Forklift experience or certification a plus
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
