Warehouse / Dock Associate (Part-Time)
Location: Westfield, IN
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (as applicable)

About the Warehouse / Dock Associate Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Dock Associate to support receiving, shipping, and inventory organization in a warehouse environment in Westfield, IN. This is a hands-on, physical role that splits time between dock operations and inventory work on the warehouse floor.
Fork truck experience is required, though the company will re-certify the right candidate using their equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a fork truck to receive incoming shipments and stage outbound orders
- Use pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Receive parts using a computer system with a high level of accuracy
- Create labels and properly put away inventory
- Stage orders for shipment out of the building
- Physically lift, stack, and move boxes as deliveries arrive
- Spend approximately:
- 20 hours/week receiving and staging shipments on the dock
- 20 hours/week organizing inventory and materials on the warehouse floor with the manager
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety and warehouse procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fork truck experience required (re-certification available)
- Experience using pallet jacks
- Strong computer skills for receiving and inventory tracking
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely receiving and staging
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and stacking boxes
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Understanding that this role is more physically demanding than typical production positions
