Job Description
Pay: $17 6am-2:30pm
Requirements for the Machine Operator
• • Arrange machine at the beginning of shift to ensure that the line is in order
• • Set up machines with needed materials. Load and unload materials, parts, or products onto or
from pallets, skids or conveyors
• • Inspect and pack manufactured products in an efficient manner with regards to quality
standards
• • Perform basic manufacturing processes by operating contingent line equipment such as
tapers, printers, strappers and cover ups
• • Meet customer requirements by following work instructions including work orders,
specification sheets, and production reporting
• • Independently operate manufacturing equipment in an efficient and safe manner while
meeting required quality standards
• • Identify and correct manufacturing issues which affect production efficiency and such as those from SQF and internal GMPs
• Follow proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with State and
Federal lawsquality
• • Perform minor maintenance including greasing and oiling
• • Recognize problems and recommend corrective actions to mechanics
• • Comply with GMP and AIB procedures
• • Follow Company personnel and product safety requirements including standards
• • Other duties as assigned
