This role is essential for ensuring smooth production processes by monitoring machines, preventing jams, and verifying the correct processing of materials. Key responsibilities include: -Monitoring machines to ensure proper operation and preventing jams. -Checking tea flow through machines and ensuring product quality. -Performing minor adjustments and reporting any mechanical issues. -Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workstation. -Assisting with general production tasks as needed. -Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.
