Crown Staffing is Hiring – 2nd Shift Production Supervisor Location: Batavia, OH Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:15 AM Pay: Based on experience Job Overview: Crown Staffing is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing team in Batavia, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and driving efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery while supporting a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: -Supervise and coordinate all production activities across departments such as assembly, soldering, SMT, and testing. -Manage daily workflow to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines. -Conduct time studies and evaluate processes to improve efficiency. -Troubleshoot and adjust SMT machinery as needed. -Enforce safety, quality, and operational procedures on the floor. -Assign daily tasks to team members and ensure accountability. -Monitor team performance and conduct productivity evaluations. -Communicate regularly with employees and management to maintain production standards. -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. -Identify training needs and recommend employee development. -Handle minor disciplinary actions and escalate major concerns to management. -Submit requests for tools, materials, and supplies. -Provide daily reports on production output and progress. -Perform additional duties as assigned.
