Crown Staffing is Hiring! Position: Solderer Location: Batavia, OH Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:15 PM | Friday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Get off early every Friday!) Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr and up, based on experience Job Summary: Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Solderer to join a growing team in Batavia, OH! If you’re looking for a consistent schedule with early Fridays and enjoy working with electronics, this is a great opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: -Identify and read through-hole components: capacitors, resistors, transistors, ICs, etc. -Determine the polarity and orientation of components on printed circuit boards -Read assembly drawings and use a Bill of Materials (BoM) to match customer part numbers -Verify component placement and values for accuracy -Understand and follow IPC-A-610 Class 2 quality standards -Assist with final assembly using glue, clipping, masking, and related techniques

Qualifications: -High School Diploma or GED required -IPC J-STD-001 certification or minimum 1 year soldering experience preferred -Experience with production assembly a plus (but we’ll train the right candidate!) -Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail -Ability to read and interpret technical documentation Ready to apply?
