Housekeeping Job Details Location: Louisville, KY Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + Every Other Weekend Pay: $15.00/hour Position Type: Temp-to-Hire About the Housekeeping Role Crown Staffing is now hiring for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support a healthcare facility in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of housekeeping experience and a strong understanding of infection control and safety procedures. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities -Perform routine cleaning of patient rooms, outpatient areas, offices, and public spaces -Dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, and remove trash as scheduled -Disinfect high-touch surfaces and maintain sanitary conditions -Refill supplies (paper products, soap, etc.) as needed -Ensure adequate supply of linens throughout the facility -Safely store and manage cleaning supplies and equipment -Report any health or safety concerns through proper channels -Submit maintenance requests to Plant Operations Director when necessary -Support infection control, OSHA regulations, and Safety/Risk Management policies -Provide support in emergency situations when needed -Attend all mandatory training and development sessions -Represent the facility with professionalism in appearance and conduct Qualifications -Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping or janitorial experience in a healthcare or similar environment -Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety -Ability to work every other weekend as required -Ability to lift, move, and operate cleaning tools and equipment -Strong communication skills and a respectful, patient-focused demeanor Why Work With Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that unites character-driven people and companies to build rewarding careers and strong organizations.
