Unless otherwise instructed by your Crown representative, timesheets should be turned in every Monday before noon. If you realize you have made an error on your timesheet or while using a time clock, please follow the instructions provided to you based on your assignment.

If no instructions were provided, notify the Crown office and your on-site supervisor so that the error can be resolved the same day.

This can be done by logging into your Talent Portal, going to the Profile, and then to Direct Deposit. Please note, if you change your bank account in the portal, but have already turned in your timesheet for the week, your pay may have already been processed and sent to the old account on file.

You will need to login to the Talent Portal and click on the CHANGE card portal button.

You can check your paystub for pay details on the Talent Portal. However, if you still have questions about your pay, your local Crown office is happy to assist you.

Crown Staffing pays every Friday. However, if you have direct deposit or a pay card you may see your funds available even earlier in the week. Please note that federal holidays may delay your pay.

Always notify your local Crown office as soon as you know you cannot make it. If it is after hours, leave a message with your name, the name of the company where you work, your shift, and the best way to reach you.

Depending on the job, you may need to contact your supervisor on-site as well. Your recruiter will let you know the appropriate procedures before you start your job.

You should notify your Crown recruiter immediately to address any concerns. They will assist you in resolving any issues or will review other jobs that may be a better fit.

You should never no call/no show for your shift. This could affect the opportunities available to you through Crown in the future.
