Reliable transportation required ? Flexible schedule (to include Weekends and Holidays) Work Experience Requirements: ? Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a supervisor position or Lead position in a relevant industry ? Previous food service manufacturing experience preferred ? Bi-lingual English and/or Spanish, oral and written, communication skills are desired ? Ability to complete necessary paperwork in a neat and timely fashion ? Ability to follow instructions ? Meet established standards for quality and productivity ? Ability to maintain a high degree of morale ? Strong leadership skills
