-High school diploma or equivalent. -Certificate that you completed the MA program or the Associate’s degree. (Does NOT require them to be certified or registered through the following organizations: AAMA, AMT, NHA, and NCCT) -Current CPR certification. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. -Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. -Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
