Conducts quality control protocol. Works with the Lead Technician and other technicians on the team. ? Performs all oven and hood cleaning and associated tasks. ? Understand the specific instructions for each assignment. ? Can share driving responsibilities with the lead, but not required. ? Disassemble ovens. ? Communicate with the Lead Technician throughout the cleaning process. ? Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment. ? Assists with cleaning the work area. ? Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work. ? Completes training as assigned.
