Lead Oven Technician Crestwood, KY Monday-Friday 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM $25/hour+ Overtime possible/ mandatory Temp/Temp with intent to hire Lead Oven Technician Requirements -Active learning and listening -Learning Strategies -Reading comprehension -Service Orientation and social perceptiveness -Judgment and decision making -High School Diploma – or the equivalent (for example, GED) -Basic computer skills About the Lead Oven Technician Role -Create and execute plans to complete oven cleaning services for clients. Plans travel routes. Oversee the daily operations of the technician team. Conduct quality control protocol. Create accurate and complete documentation. -Understand the agreement with the client and the specific instructions for each job using the Trello system. -Plan the routes and the order of the stores using the Trello system. -Keep keys in order and tagged. -Communicate with the team any customer concerns, complaints, etc. -Redo’s must be done as assigned. -Lead driver for the team, can also share driving responsibilities -While in the store, takes photos and creates documentation, including noting pre-inspection issues, maintenance and problems with the oven. -Taking photos before and after service is complete. -Disassemble ovens. -Oversee the technician team throughout the cleaning process. -Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment. -Assists with cleaning the work area. -Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work. -Completes required certification training and other training as assigned.
