Spice Room Manufacturer DETAILS Hours: 4pm-4am | $18.00 per hour Monday to Thursday Location: Horse Cave, KY. About the Spice Room Manufacturer role – Maintains standard production quantities/rates for each product. – Cleans and rinses equipment according to specified procedures. – Monitors equipment to detect malfunctions; makes minor adjustments/repairs; communicates mechanical problems to maintenance. – Mounts supplies on spindles or places supplies in hoppers or other feeding devices. – Coordinates information and equipment with prior and next shifts Leads and other dept. – Fills in for and assists other departments when necessary. – Regular Attendance is required in accordance with Company attendance policy and procedures. – Performs other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Lead and Management. – Complete initial/annual training to ensure the individual is properly qualified (QI) to perform all required job tasks as outlined in training programs/records. – Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred – Must be able to successfully obtain industrial truck and lift operating certification and safely maintain per company and OSHA standards – Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively – verbally & written – to and work well with Team Members & Management – Basic mechanical aptitude and strong math skills are required – Ability to read & interpret written & verbal direction while working in a safe, effective & productive manner within a fast- paced environment – Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required
