Summary Environmental: ? Develop, implement, and manage EHS and Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. ? Develop and deliver EHS and quality training programs for employees. ? Collaborate with leadership and department heads to align EHS and quality goals with business objectives. ? Oversee emergency response preparedness and environmental sustainability efforts. Health & Safety: ? Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. ? Conduct routine safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions as needed. ? Lead safety training initiatives, including new hire safety orientations and ongoing employee training. ? Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to safety incidents, inspections, quality audits, and corrective actions. ? Ensure the facility is equipped with proper safety equipment, including PPE, fire safety measures, and emergency response plans. ? Establish and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product/service consistency and compliance. ? Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. ? Collaborate with department leaders to develop quality control measures and best practices. ? Maintain documentation of quality records, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance reports. ? Act as a liaison with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits. ? Oversee supplier quality assurance programs and customer complaint resolutions. Reqierments ? 5+ years of experience as an Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor with ISO 9001 ? ISO 9001:2015 Certified Internal Auditor Training certification preferred ? Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field ? Program Management & PMP certification preferred ? Bachelor’s degree in a related field ? Excellent time management and organizational skills ? Attention to detail and results-oriented Pay: $70k-80k
