Industrial Mechanic – Wilmington, OH
Crown Staffing is hiring an Industrial Mechanic in Wilmington, Ohio.
Pay: $17–$20/hour, DOE
Position Overview
Join a dynamic team maintaining and repairing industrial machinery to keep operations running efficiently. We’re looking for a skilled Mechanic who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and handle a variety of mechanical and electrical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Maintain and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and battery-operated equipment
- Perform welding (arc, MIG, acetylene) as needed
- Change tires and wheels on light and heavy-duty vehicles
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience
- Welding experience a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and safely
