Pay Range: $95,000 – $125,000 per year (based on experience)

About the APRN – Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join a well-established solo pediatric primary care practice. This practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality pediatric care while providing an exceptional experience for patients and families.
The ideal candidate brings a friendly, energetic, and patient-focused approach and thrives in a fast-paced, family-centered care environment. This role offers the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to a growing practice culture built on teamwork, service, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain patient history and perform physical exams for ages 0–18
- Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Communicate care plans with patients and families
- Perform minor procedures within scope of practice
- Support a positive, family-centered patient experience
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) in the state of Kentucky
- BLS & PALS certification required
- 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
