Responsibilities of the Burner Operator:
Operate burner machines to cut metal materials according to production
schedules and blueprints.
• Load raw materials onto machine tables and ensure proper setup of equipment.
• Select appropriate machine settings, tips, speeds, and feeds for each job.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain optimal
operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on burner equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation or material
inconsistencies.
• Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
