Crown Staffing is looking for an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator, working in a Freezer.
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM – Finish
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience

Position Summary
The Stand-Up Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and accurate movement, storage, and replenishment of inventory within a freezer warehouse environment. This role supports daily receiving and order fulfillment operations by ensuring proper product placement, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy while meeting company safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Locate assigned storage slots on warehouse racking and place pallets using a stand-up forklift; hand-stack products when necessary
- Enter product information and storage locations into the inventory system
- Verify incoming freight quantities in the staging area and transport products to freezer storage using a forklift or pallet jack
- Replenish pick slots with inventory based on upcoming work orders
- Rotate date-sensitive inventory and remove out-of-date product in accordance with company policy
- Distribute overstock items to designated temporary storage locations
- Remove empty pallets, cardboard, and packing materials to designated disposal or recycling areas
- Inspect empty pallets for damage and move or stack pallets in approved storage locations
- Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies, and operational procedures
- Maintain a safe work environment and immediately report unsafe conditions or behaviors
- Review daily work schedules and perform equipment safety inspections prior to operation
- Obtain required supplies and prepare for daily operations
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety gear at all times
- Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
- Work from receiving documents, system printouts, written procedures, and verbal instructions
- Inspect products for damage and perform temperature and quality checks as required
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Replace or recharge equipment batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklists
- Secure equipment and complete all required paperwork at the end of each shift
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience (required)
- Prior freezer or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
