Crown Staffing is looking for a qualified Warehouse Order Selector.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – Finish
Pay: $18/hour
Equipment: Center Ride Electric Pallet Jacks
Experience: 1 year of electric pallet jack experience preferred

Position Summary
The Warehouse Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, assembling, and preparing customer orders in a multi-level rack warehouse environment. This role involves picking food and non-food products, building pallets, and transporting completed orders to the shipping dock using an electric pallet jack or forklift. The Order Selector ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company quality and productivity standards while contributing positively as a team member.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and preferred work methods at all times
- Maintain a safe work environment and immediately report unsafe conditions or behaviors
- Review daily work schedules and gather required supplies before beginning operations
- Perform pre-shift safety inspections on pallet jacks/forklifts and ensure all safety devices are functioning properly
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety gear
- Meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks along assigned multi-level rack systems to locate products
- Accurately select and manually place products onto pallets according to order specifications
- Build single or double pallets as directed
- Transport completed pallets to the shipping dock staging area
- Shrink-wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment as required
- Change or recharge equipment batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklists
- Secure equipment and complete all required paperwork at the end of the shift
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations
Qualifications
- 1 year of electric pallet jack experience preferred (center ride experience a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to lift, stack, and move products safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
