Production Data & BOM Coordinator Job Description
Location: Bowling Green, KY (supports multiple sites)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (as applicable)

About the Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Data & BOM Coordinator to support manufacturing operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) data, scrap and activity rates, routing information, and production system updates to ensure accurate reporting and operational efficiency.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and experience working in a production or inventory control environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform BOM maintenance, including setup, changes, and deletions
- Maintain and update scrap rates
- Maintain activity rates (routers)
- Enter and key destruction transactions
- Maintain Material Run-Out Tracker
- Support inventory and production accuracy through data updates
- Attend project and product-related meetings to support BOM updates
- Coordinate data processes across multiple site locations
Requirements & Preferred Experience
Preferred Requirements
- Inventory control experience
- SAP experience
- 2+ years of related work experience preferred
- Some post-secondary coursework a plus (degree not required)
