Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Maintenance Specialist in Earth City, MO!
Monday-Friday| 7:00am- 2:30pm | $23/Hr
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and other industrial equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and facilities meet safety and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Assist in facility projects, equipment installations, and upgrades.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks.
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Previous experience in maintenance, industrial, or facilities work.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Physical capability to lift, bend, and perform manual labor as required.
