Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

About the Warehouse / Dock Associate Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Dock Associate to support receiving, shipping, inventory, and organization efforts in a warehouse environment. This role requires forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding work while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
This position will split time between dock operations and inventory organization on the warehouse floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a fork truck to receive incoming shipments and stage outbound orders
(Forklift experience required; recertification available on company equipment) - Use pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Receive parts using a computer system with a high level of accuracy
- Create labels and properly put away inventory
- Stage orders for shipment out of the building
- Lift, stack, and move boxes as deliveries arrive
- Spend approximately:
- 20 hours/week on receiving and shipment staging at the dock
- 20 hours/week on inventory organization and floor work with the manager
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety and warehouse procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Forklift experience required (sit-down preferred)
- Strong computer skills for receiving and inventory tracking
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely receiving and staging
- Ability to work in a more physically demanding role than typical production positions
- Ability to lift, stack, and move boxes throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
