Crown Staffing is hiring: Machine Operator – Batavia, OH
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:45 AM – 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $16.50/hr and up, based on experience

Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Batavia. This is a hands-on, technical role operating electromechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment, primarily focused on electronic circuit board assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate electromechanical equipment used in electronic circuit board assembly
- Set up and verify jobs using computer-generated setup sheets and fixture layout drawings
- Communicate technical data, error reports, and equipment malfunctions to Quality and machine support
- Perform light maintenance and cleanup on production equipment
- Report part shortages before and during production runs
- Monitor assembly processes and notify machine support of any corrective actions needed to meet quality targets
- Demonstrate lead operator abilities and take initiative on the production floor
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating electromechanical or CNC-type equipment
- Knowledge of electronic pick-and-place machines, wave soldering, water wash systems, or similar equipment
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and stretch as required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Work Environment:
- Climate-controlled manufacturing facility
- Hands-on work at the machine lines with frequent interaction with team members
