Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $18/hour

Machine Operator Requirements
- Must have previous manufacturing experience
- Must have machine operator experience
- Ability to work reliably with strong time and attendance habits
- Comfortable working in hot environments (heat treat department)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail preferred
About the Machine Operator Role
As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating manufacturing and production machinery
- Working in the heat treat department
- Cleaning metal parts to meet quality standards
- Grinding metal components to specifications
- Cutting parts using production equipment
- Inspecting finished parts for defects or inconsistencies
- Following safety procedures and plant guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
