Location: Danville, KY
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15–$17 per hour
Position Type: Temp / Temp-to-Hire (as applicable)
Overtime: Possible as needed

About the Forklift Operator Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations in Danville, KY. This role focuses on safely moving, loading, and unloading materials while maintaining accurate inventory handling and an organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Read and verify packing lists and bills of lading for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Inspect shipments for accuracy, damages, shortages, or overages
- Maintain organized warehouse storage areas
- Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
- Refuel forklifts and follow proper equipment procedures
- Assist with inventory counts as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, drivers, and supervisors
Requirements
- Forklift experience preferred (certification is a plus)
- Ability to read shipping documents and work orders
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Availability for overtime if needed
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

- Warehouse setting
- Primarily indoor work environment
