Fence Installer
Location: Louisville, KY
Shift: 1st Shift — Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Job Summary
Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Fence Installer in Louisville, KY. This role involves installing residential and commercial fencing while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has construction or fencing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment. Training is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and accurately lay out fence lines.
- Dig post holes manually or using powered equipment.
- Set fence posts in concrete, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
- Assemble and install fence panels, gates, and related hardware.
- Safely operate hand and power tools such as saws, drills, augers, and levels.
- Follow project specifications, drawings, and local building codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Load, unload, and secure materials, tools, and equipment.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fence installation or construction preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic blueprints or site plans.
