Call Center Support Representative (Spanish Bilingual) – Temporary
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Call Center Support Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Support Representative to assist in a healthcare-based call center environment in Louisville, KY. This role is fully computer-based and requires strong communication skills, bilingual Spanish fluency, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls throughout the full 8-hour shift
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Relay information to clinic staff via email
- Document interactions accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Provide basic WIC troubleshooting support
- Perform front desk clerical tasks, including patient check-in
- Utilize phone interpreter services for non-English-speaking participants
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) required
- Strong computer skills; position is 100% computer-based
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and databases
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle a high call volume in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills (phone and email)
