Location: Louisville, KY
Shift: Monday – Friday | 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Pay: $20.50/hour
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (as applicable)

About the Forklift / Warehouse Associate Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in an agricultural distribution environment. This role involves order picking, staging product for shipment, forklift operation (approximately 20–30% of the time), and general warehouse duties.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and stage agricultural products based on customer orders
- Operate a forklift (sit-down, cherry picker, or reach truck) to move, load, and unload materials
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Perform general warehouse duties, including lifting and moving materials
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and properly use required PPE
- Assist with inventory counts and quality checks
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required (sit-down, cherry picker, or reach truck)
- Prior warehouse or order-picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
