• 2:00 AM – 10:30 AM
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the General Laborer Role
Crown Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in Jeffersonville, IN. This position involves assisting with loading operations, facility upkeep, and general support tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Loader with operational tasks, including helping fill tanks with fuel (may require working at elevated heights)
- Turn valves and monitor equipment as directed
- Support general warehouse and operational tasks
- Perform office and warehouse cleaning duties
- Assist with grounds keeping and exterior maintenance
- Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to work assigned shift consistently
- Comfortable working at elevated heights when required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist where needed
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude
