About the Entry Level FTZ Coordinator Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level FTZ Coordinator to join a growing logistics and compliance team in Louisville, KY. This position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in logistics, supply chain, compliance, or international trade.
This role provides hands-on exposure to Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) processes and offers long-term career growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) documentation and compliance processes
- Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records
- Support import and export compliance activities
- Work closely with operations, warehouse, and customs teams
- Monitor and track shipments within FTZ guidelines
- Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Assist with reporting and data entry as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and process-driven mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
- Background in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field preferred (not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
