Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time  Order Selector

Time 7:00AM – 3:30PM

Location- Earth City 

Position Summary:
 The Order Selector is responsible for accurately picking and fulfilling customer orders while supporting daily warehouse operations. This role requires strong equipment experience, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily warehouse operations
 • Pick customer orders accurately following company picking procedures
 • Wrap pallets
 • Load trailers and containers
 • Inspect products for damage and report issues as needed
 • Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
 • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
 • Perform routine cleaning duties
 • Maintain equipment and ensure proper upkeep
 • Communicate with management to meet operational goals
 • Follow supervisor instructions carefully

Essential Skills, Education & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience picking and fulfilling orders
 • 3+ years operating a Cherry Picker (stand-up forklift)
 • 3+ years operating a Walkie Rider
 • 3+ years operating a Reach Truck
 • Turret Reach Truck experience is a plus
 • Experience using shipping scanners
 • Proven warehouse work experience
 • Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs unassisted
 • Ability to stand for long periods
 • Ability to work independently and safely
 • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English (Spanish is a plus)
 • Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication)

Education & Technical Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
 • Basic computer skills
 • Inventory systems experience (DSI & JDE a plus)
