Set up trusses on the jig according to laser guidance and blueprint instructions.

Ensure correct materials are used for each setup.

Direct and support team members assigned to the workstation.

Perform quality control on final products, including correct screw count and overall accuracy.

Track and record the number of setups and trusses completed during each shift.

Train new or raw team members in proper procedures.

Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure safety hazards are addressed in the assigned area.

Previous experience in fabrication, assembly, carpentry, construction, or a related field is a plus.

Ability to read and follow blueprints, laser measurements, and written instructions.

Strong attention to detail, especially regarding accuracy, measurements, and quality control.

Ability to identify and use correct materials for each setup.

Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying product specifications.

Ability to lead, direct, and support team members effectively.

Strong communication skills for training and coordinating with coworkers.

Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move materials as required.

Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Understanding of workplace safety practices and ability to recognize and report hazards.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
