Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Yard tech in St. Charles, MO
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm | $18-25 based on experience

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the yard and facilities
- Painting (interior and exterior)
- Tilling and basic landscaping work
- Wall repairs (patching drywall, minor framing fixes)
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Install basic electrical components (light switches, outlets, fixtures)
- Install and replace baseboards and trim
- Change tires on mobile trailers as needed
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- General construction background preferred
- Comfortable working with your hands and using power tools
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Basic knowledge of electrical and carpentry work
- Mechanical aptitude (ability to change trailer tires, minor equipment maintenance)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
