Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time General Laborer in St. Charles, MO
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm | $18

Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to assist our Yard Technician with daily maintenance, repairs, and yard operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a team. You will help complete a wide variety of tasks and gain valuable construction and maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Yard Technician with daily projects and repairs
- Help with painting, wall patching, and basic carpentry tasks
- Support flooring installation and baseboard/trim work
- Assist with landscaping and tilling projects
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Hold materials, measure, cut, and prepare work areas
- Help change tires on mobile trailers when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized yard and workspace
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Comfortable working with your hands and basic hand tools
- Ability to read a tape measure (preferred but willing to train)
- Willingness to learn construction and maintenance skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
- Team player with a positive attitude
