Key qualities – Self motivated, professional, respectful, present well. This position is a labor-intensive job, assisting the customer(s) in lining, relining and repairing ladles in the melt shop.  Handle bricks by hand for multiple hours at a time. Bricks weigh 8-20lbs each. Industrial experience a plus. This is a safety strict facility.  HS diploma or GED.
