Quality Inspector – Job Details
Location: Russell Springs, KY
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Position Type: Temp / Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: May be required based on production needs

About the Quality Inspector Role
Crown Staffing is seeking dependable Quality Inspectors to support manufacturing and warehouse operations in Russell Springs, KY. In this role, you will help ensure products meet quality standards by inspecting parts, sorting materials, and documenting results.
Quality Inspectors play an important role in maintaining production quality and supporting overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sorting, inspection, and quality checks on manufactured parts
- Read and follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards
- Use inspection tools, gauges, and measuring equipment when required
- Record inspection results and complete required documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist production teams in identifying and containing quality concerns
- Complete required training and follow company policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Work locations may include manufacturing plants, warehouses, or customer facilities, depending on operational needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work at different customer locations as needed
- Ability to use inspection tools or measuring equipment preferred
- Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred but not required
