Customer Service / Sales Associate Job Details
Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | $23/hr

Customer Service / Sales Associate Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound cold calls and inbound calls
- Ability to document inquiries and follow sales processes accurately
About the Customer Service / Sales Associate Role
As a Customer Service / Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
As a Customer Service / Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Make outbound cold calls to identify decision-makers and assess their equipment need
- Take orders via phone and email, utilizing Outlook for communication
- Follow a provided cold call list, including clients such as United Rental Stores
- Learn product specifications, including tracks and tires for excavators and other heavy equipment
- Document inquiries and interactions accurately for Sales Reps to handle negotiation, purchase orders, and invoicing
- fill in at the admin desk: greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting the company president
- Collaborate with Sales Reps and management to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client communications
- Maintain professionalism and positive communication with customers and team members at all times
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance client interactions
