About the General Labor Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labor Associate to support production operations in Springfield, KY. This role involves working with equipment used in the production of animal feed and supplements while ensuring safety, efficiency, and product quality.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment used in manufacturing
- Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting equipment as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support general production tasks to meet daily goals
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods while monitoring machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minor issues
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
