About the Waste Water Controller Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Waste Water Controller to support operations in Hodgenville, KY. This role is responsible for maintaining wastewater treatment processes, monitoring equipment, and ensuring proper handling and treatment of materials.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain equipment, tanks, and filter beds
- Add water treatment chemicals to wastewater as required
- Monitor system operations and ensure proper functioning
- Record meter readings, gauge readings, and operational data
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
- Operate forklifts as needed for material handling
- Identify and report any operational or safety issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements & Qualifications
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to pass math and comprehension evaluations
- Basic math skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing tasks
- Strong communication skills
- ISO 9001 experience or training preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on safety
