Position: Pallet Builder / Repair Associate
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Duration: 1–3 Months (Temporary)
Job Duties:
- Build and repair wooden pallets using recycled materials and lumber
- Operate tools such as nail guns, saws, hammers, and pneumatic tools
- Inspect pallets to ensure quality standards
- Meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stack, organize, and secure pallets for shipment
Requirements:
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Construction, carpentry, roofing, or similar background preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must be detail-oriented and safety-focused
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
